By spotting opportunities within his own challenges and working to make gaming more inclusive, Mathew has earned a reputation as both a powerful advocate and a respected voice in accessibility.
Cameron is a developer and new accessibility consultant based in South Wales, with a particular focus on the emerging area of achievement accessibility. Cameron is a developer and new accessibility consultant based in South Wales, with a particular focus on the emerging area of achievement accessibility. He earned his master’s degree from the University of South Wales and later founded DragonCog Interactive, through which he released games on Steam. Alongside his development work, Cameron has organised accessible game jams, written game reviews, spoken on industry panels, and was awarded a BAFTA bursary in 2024. He now looks to apply his experience in a consultancy role, helping studios explore how achievements/trophies can be made more inclusive.
Simon is a retro game fan and an Assistive Technology expert who holds an MBA in Engineering Management specialising in IT, Communications and cyber security. He runs Adapt IT to provide assistive technology, such as, specialist computer equipment, software, and training to allow the use of technology in the most efficient and comfortable way.
